phrases contain only relevant
words. Therefore you must consider
the words in this light: if
it's not relevant, any phrases
(from the initial group) with
this word will be discarded.
Conversely, selecting a relevant
word makes it eligible to be
in a target phrase and if it
is combined with other relevant
words then it becomes a relevant
phrase.
A primary goal is to remove
words/phrase that are not relevant.
When looking at the Selltek
Fragmentation Charts and Phrase
Lists, consider if it anything
to do with your organization/industry
(currently or potentially).
Each word/phrase can be either of three states: relevant, not relevant or neutral (default). If you are not sure, leave it neutral.
